Allowed items:

• Household Waste: Includes general trash, paper, cardboard, and small household items, non-hazardous everyday waste typically found in homes.
• Construction Debris: Includes materias like wood, drywall, concrete, bricks, and other non-hazardous construction waste-perfect for renovation projects, home remodels, and construction site cleanups
• Yard Waste: Handles yard waste like leaves, branches, grass, clippings, and tree trimmings, along with dirt, soil, and small landscaping debris. Ideal for gardening, landscaping and property cleanups
• Furniture Disposal: Includes disposal of furniture, mattresses (with a $120 fee) non-hazardous appliances (excluding air conditioners and refrigerators). Ideal for cleanouts

Not Allowed Items

• Hazardous Waste: Includes any materials containing toxic substances such as asbestos, lead-based paint, and other harmful chemicals that pose environmental or health risks
• Hazardous Appliances and E-Waste: Includes refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, and other large items with hazardous components like refrigerants or oils, as well as e-waste like computers and TVs, which require proper recycling
• Chemicals, Paint and Tires: Covers flammable or dangerous substances such as paint thinner, cleaning solvents, cans with wet paint, and also tires (subject to $30 fee per tire) which require special handling due to environmental concerns
• Medical Waste: Includes used syringes, expired medications, and other biohazardous materials such as bandages, contaminated gloves, and medical instruments. These items require specialized handling and disposal due to their potential health risks and contamination

You can schedule a dumpster rental by calling our customer service line, filling out the online booking form on our website, or emailing us directly. We’ll help you choose the right size and arrange a delivery time that fits your needs.

Typically, you can keep the dumpster for up to 7 days. If you need an extended rental period, please let us know, and we can arrange additional days for a nominal fee.

Dump Today requires payment in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers for your convenience.

Dump Today’s dumpsters can typically be placed on your property. If you need to place a dumpster on a public street or sidewalk, you may need to obtain a permit from your local municipality. Please check with your local regulations and inform us if special arrangements are needed

To ensure a smooth delivery, please clear the area where the dumpster will be placed of any obstacles such as vehicles, debris, or low-hanging branches. The surface should be firm and level to support the weight of the dumpster.

If you accidentally place a prohibited item in the dumpster, please contact us immediately. We may need to arrange a special pickup or assess a fee for removing the item, depending on the nature of the waste.

Yes, each dumpster size has a weight limit to ensure safe transport and handling. Exceeding the weight limit may result in additional charges. For specific weight limits and guidance on how to load the dumpster effectively, please refer to our guidelines or contact customer service.

If the dumpster is overfilled or items extend beyond the top, we may need to arrange for additional pickups or assess an extra fee. To avoid additional charges, please ensure that waste is evenly distributed and does not exceed the rim of the dumpster. If you’re unsure about loading, our team can provide guidance.
